WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.
All sales are final, however we do guarantee all merchandise purchased through Happy Tails Dog Behavior & Training Website against defects. If defective, the merchandise will be replaced at no charge.
All videos are shipped in DVD format. The videos are recorded in DVD-R format so be sure your player will play DVD-R before ordering.
Our warranty does not guarantee satisfaction with the content of any material offered on this site.

You must get prior approval for all returns. Products returned without prior approval will not be refunded.
For all DVD’s You must get a return approval within 24 hours of receiving the DVD. All DVD’s are tested to ensure that they will play on DVD players formatted for U.S. Play.
