Daina,I rather believe we are having a break through!Ali is "walking around kitty" barks less and the "fence" is becoming less a problem with him.His whole attitude has changed, and although he forgets sometimes and jumps on our friends,a quick "ah ah ah" seems to be working. Due to our circumstances right now,we haven't done a lot of walking or going in the car,but we are communicating a lot better Right now we are working on a command that he is giving way to--my space- he likes to bounce his ball when I am sitting on the couch,so I had to have him not do that--he pinched my leg and now he is respectful of my space. He is such a good loving dog and yep--he still sings for the neighbors. Thank you for all you have done for us.Carol and Ali

The first thing we woud like to say is thank you for educating us on the human/dog bond. It is important to us to have a reliable, trustworthy dog and provide her/him with a healthy and productive living environment. We brought Kayla to you (5 months of age) for this very reason- to better understand how to teach her. Although we still have three more classes to go she is excelling and is very enthusiastic about being trained and pleasing us. We truly believe that you are a one of a kind. It's obvious that you have an innate gift in working with animals. Kayla, Linda and I are grateful to of met you and have greatly gained from your expertise. You can bet that we will spread the word- Doggy School with Daina is a must!

Dear Daina, I can’t express how pleased I am about MY behavior and Parker’s response. We have a new life. I can now permit him off leash to help me take out the garbage to the street, walk off leash to visit the neighbors, walk off leash to go to the car, and enjoy walks around town. At present 3 families hope to use you because of Parker’s success and your credentials.Enjoy your summer. Thank you for our new life. Sincerely, Carol

I still think Daina is the best "thing" to come along since velcro!!! Ali is a rambunctious boxer and since we have been working with Daina,I have learned more about Ali and myself. I have high hopes that we will continue to make her proud of us!

We both truly enjoyed your classes and I learned how to be the "leader of the pack" instead of Dilly taking charge! Daina is great with both dogs and their owners - I have a new set of tools to use with Dilly that are positive and rewarding for both of us! Thanks!

Daina it was wonderful working with you. We learned more in 5 weeks than we could ever get out of a book (believe me we tried). Thanks for teaching us the art of communicating with our dog. You are a great teacher!

Dear Daina, Thank you so much for coming to my rescue with my Bassett puppy, she was so out of control with her seperation anxiety. I really needed help. Your being here to work with both of us has made living with her a real pleasure. She is now 6 months old and I finally get to enjoy her. Thank you again, Barbara B.

Daina, we have been away. so sorry to just be getting back to you. lexie's behavior while we were away was great. as usual her quirky stair fear came back but within a day of being there she was over it. her behavior is so much better at other people's homes! thanks for all of the tips in this email. i am going to put a game plan together with these ideas. again thanks for thinking of me. -dee

Dear Daina, Ashby is still doing well. He did have one incident when being kenneled where he was aggressive towards two other dogs and the owners of the kennel. However, they apparently had taken off his Gentle Leader collar. I think that is why he acted that way. We have still been keeping it on him 24-7. He has been fine at home. Surprisingly (maybe not to you), he hasn't had one incident at the door when we try to leave the house. It is not even an issue. We don't have to put him in a stay to leave -- he just watches us leave and doesn't follow us or confront us. He is very good with our baby. Thank you so much for your help. Sincerely, Dara

Hi Daina, last August you helped Dara and myself with Ashby - remember him? :-) Well, he's been doing great with the baby and with letting us leave. I had a long talk with the woman at the kennel about him and she is very nice and wants to work with Ashby. I don't know if we need to all get together about him or what you would suggest. We are going to be boarding him again on May 5th for over a week, and I want to have some sort of idea on what to do with him. Thanks!

Hi Daina, (I just want to write a recommendation for the website...:) After just two sessions with Daina, my dog, Webster, has shown great improvements. She definitely knows what she is doing and how to work with dogs. Webster is a much better dog already and Daina has helped me progress with Webster. I can't thank you enough!

Daina, When Arnold wants to go outside he tells us and if we don't pay attention he will sit at the back door a whine. It is absolutely incredible! Last night after we went to bed I heard him in the Kitchen whimpering. When I got up to see if he wanted to go out he was sitting at the back door. He went out and peed. I am so happy with the progress he has made. He is not perfect yet but he is doing much better. I am very hopeful that he will stop peeing in the house altogether. Arnold loved his Gumma bone. We would like to get another one for him. I would also like a giant Nyla ring for Kira and a small cuz toy for Arnold. Thank You, Teri

Daina, I just wanted to thank you for yesterday, I feel better now that we have a plan for my baby boy. It gives me some hope now that we have the right tools to hopefully help Champ to overcome his difficulties that he is having now. Thank you for the recipe. I am going to try to make them tomorrow so I will see how they turn out... I also wanted to let you know that Champ ate his food last night, and also tonight. So, this makes me happy! Tonight I had mixed in some yams and he loved it, he ate everything off of his plates where last night he left a few of his kibbles. Anyway, I just wanted to update you on his eating.
